What if the product doesn't fit me?
No problem we will exchange the product if it doesn't fit you properly. Contact us at Support@soulandstitch.com

What if the product is defective?
All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at Support@soulandstitch.com and we will replace the defective product.

Is paying online secure?
Till now we are accepting only COD.

How will I know if the product is shipped?
We send regular updates via email and sms regarding the product delivery.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size issues, free of pickup charges. Notify us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Process: We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (3 days), conduct a quality check on the returned item, and dispatch the new product.
  • Price Difference: If the new product costs more, the difference must be paid.
  • Limit: Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Return Policy
Our products are quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print), notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage. We’ll send a replacement promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement by emailing us at support@soulandstitch.com. After this period, orders move into production and cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

  • If a product is rejected upon delivery, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs.
  • Abusive language or behaviour will result in communication termination.

What If Tracking Shows Delivered but You Haven't Received Your Order?

While it’s rare, sometimes deliveries are received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or an office mail room.

If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received the product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the notification. We’ll immediately investigate with our courier partner and aim for a swift resolution.
  2. In genuine cases, after a thorough investigation (up to 10 working days), we’ll issue a full refund.
