Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size issues, free of pickup charges. Notify us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Process:
We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (3 days), conduct a quality check on the returned item, and dispatch the new product.

Price Difference: If the new product costs more, the difference must be paid.

Limit: Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Return Policy
Our products are quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive a
defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print), notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage. We’ll send a replacement promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement by emailing us at support@soulandstitch.com.
After this period, orders move into production and cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

If a product is rejected upon delivery, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs.

Abusive language or behaviour will result in communication termination.

In genuine cases, after a thorough investigation (up to 10 working days), we’ll issue a full refund.
